Three-week pain rehabilitation program

I haven’t posted much lately. When I post new photos, most will be of Phoenix and vicinity.

Why? I am participating in an intense three-week program at Mayo Hospital in Phoenix for those dealing with chronic pain. This outpatient program is run not by the pain clinic but the Pain Rehabilitation Center, M-F, 8-4. (I’m staying 20 minutes from Mayo Phoenix campus.)

My fellow participants suffer much worse pain than I do, but we are all doing the required hard work, often together. (BTW, this post is not a confessional. I haven’t taken pain meds since my knee replacement, and stopped a week afterwards. Now even Tylenol is in the past.)
